Who this covers

This policy covers this website and Little Bulgogi AI, a private tool used only by the owners of Mr. Bulgogi to run the business. It is not offered to the public. This website doesn't use cookies, ads or analytics.

Information the tool uses

With the owners' permission, Little Bulgogi AI accesses only the Mr. Bulgogi business account:

• Gmail: reads business email to find messages that need a reply, keep venue contacts up to date and check replies to confirmations. It sends an email only after an owner approves it.
• Google Calendar: reads the business calendar to prepare schedules. It doesn't change the calendar.
• Google Sheets: reads and writes the business spreadsheet for staff shifts, contacts, leads and sales.
• Square: reads order and payment totals to prepare weekly sales reports.

Business email can include the names, email addresses and messages of customers, venues and staff who write to us.

Who the information goes to

We don't sell this information or use it for advertising. It is shared only as needed to run the tool:

• Anthropic (Claude API): processes email, calendar and business text to write summaries and drafts. Web searches for new event leads also run through this service.
• Discord: shows summaries, drafts and reports in a private server that only the owners use.
• DigitalOcean: hosts the private server that runs the tool.
• Google: stores the business email, calendar and spreadsheet.

Google user data

Little Bulgogi AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the features described on this page.

Storage and security

Access is limited to the owners. The tool's records and sign-in details are kept on a private server that accepts key-based administrator access only. We keep records while they're useful for running the business and delete them when asked, unless we must keep them by law.

Your choices

If you've emailed us and want to know what we have about you, or want it corrected or deleted, contact us. To stop receiving email about bookings, reply and tell us, and we'll add you to our do-not-contact list. The account owner can remove the tool's access at any time in Google Account permissions.
